Cookies and local storage
- pkc_session: essential, HttpOnly session cookie, only sent to our API.
- pkc_csrf: essential security token that protects your account against cross-site requests.
- pk_ft: HttpOnly first-party cookie storing a signed copy of your first campaign visit (UTM/click ids) so attribution survives in-app browsers. Not set if your browser sends GPC or DNT; cleared with analytics clear.
- Local storage (pk_touch_first, pk_touch_last): the campaign parameters of your first and most recent visit from a campaign or external website. Not set if your browser sends GPC or DNT.
- pk-lang, pk-lang-last: essential preference cookies that remember the language you chose or last used. They contain only a language code.
- Local storage (pk-theme): your light/dark theme choice, kept on your device only.
- Session storage (pk_anon): a random identifier that lasts until you close the tab, used to count visits. Not set if your browser sends GPC or DNT.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- our hosting and infrastructure providers, to run the Service;
- our email delivery provider, to send sign-in codes and service emails;
- The exchange you connect — Kraken Futures, Binance Futures, OKX Perpetuals, Bybit, Bitget Futures or KuCoin Futures: authenticated read requests to display your account. LIVE order requests go to the connected exchange, when you start LIVE. Withdrawal, deposit and transfer requests are not sent;
- our campaign attribution tool, which receives conversion events (for example "account created") with the campaign source and a one-way hash of your email. Your email address itself is only included if you opted in to product updates;
- authorities, where required by law.
Retention
Applications are kept while they are being considered and while you have beta access; ask us through the contact page to delete an application at any time. Account data is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account, your exchange key, sessions, settings, simulated trades, consents, attribution and analytics linked to you are deleted immediately, and your email is replaced with an anonymous placeholder. A minimal activity record stating that an account was deleted is kept for security. Unlinked website analytics are kept for up to 13 months.
Security
See the security page for how we protect your data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Use Settings in the terminal to export or delete your data instantly, or contact us for anything else. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Changes
We will post updates here and notify you of material changes in the terminal or by email.
