LIVE

LIVE trading is real execution

LIVE automated execution runs on Kraken Futures, Binance Futures, OKX Perpetuals, Bybit, Bitget Futures and KuCoin Futures. On the connected exchange, the house engine selects the symbol and direction, size follows your equity and limits, and orders are sent with your trading API. After you confirm LIVE, individual trades are not confirmed one by one. PERP KING can enter, place a protective stop, manage the position and close it. The money stays at the connected exchange. PERP KING does not use withdrawal, deposit, or transfer endpoints. Simulation places no orders. See the six integrations.

What LIVE is

PERP KING already trades real markets. LIVE is how an approved customer runs that same decision stream on their own account. A new LONG or SHORT, after you have started LIVE, can become an order. WAIT still means no order.

LIVE does not start by itself. You connect a trade key, review your limits, and type the word LIVE. Until then the live state is off. Pause, Resume and Stop describes every transition.

Positions already open on the exchange when you start are not copied and not managed. PERP KING manages positions it opens after the start.

What happens after an entry

  1. The order is sized from your risk per trade and the stop distance, and it is refused if it would break your leverage cap, position limit, direction setting, or daily loss limit.
  2. The entry is sent to the connected exchange, where LIVE automated execution runs.
  3. A reduce-only stop is placed at that exchange, triggered on the mark price. If the stop is rejected, the position is closed.
  4. The position stays under management: the stop can be tightened by placing the replacement first, and the position can be closed early when the reason for holding it is gone.
  5. You can pause new entries or stop and flatten the positions PERP KING opened.

On the connected exchange, where LIVE runs, the stop rests at the exchange. If PERP KING cannot be reached, that resting order can still trigger. How it works, and what it does not guarantee, is on exchange-side protective stops.

What bounds it

  • Your limits, described on trading limits. New limits apply to new positions.
  • No new entry from stale or missing data. Stops already resting at the exchange stay there.
  • The daily loss limit blocks new entries until 00:00 UTC. Open positions are still managed.
  • PERP KING does not use withdrawal, deposit, or transfer endpoints and does not require those permissions. Configure the key to the minimum the exchange requires.
  • Pause blocks new LIVE entries. Stop closes LIVE positions PERP KING opened and ignores positions it does not own.

None of this removes leverage risk, gap risk, or the chance of a loss. The risk disclosure is the full statement.

LIVE is not Simulation

The two modes have separate on/off states. Simulation can be running while LIVE is off, or the reverse, or both. A simulated fill is never sent to an exchange. A LIVE fill is never a simulated number.

Simulated results omit funding and use a modelled price. LIVE fills are the exchange's fills, and funding on a real perpetual is charged or paid on the exchange account. Read Simulation for what the hypothetical account includes, and funding for the real payment.

Questions

Does LIVE place real orders?

Yes. After you connect a trade key and start LIVE, entries, protective stops and exits are sent to that account. Kraken Futures, Binance Futures, OKX Perpetuals, Bybit, Bitget Futures and KuCoin Futures are the integrations.

Where is the money?

At your exchange: Kraken Futures, Binance Futures, OKX Perpetuals, Bybit, Bitget Futures or KuCoin Futures. PERP KING does not take custody and does not use withdrawal, deposit, or transfer endpoints.

What does Stop do in LIVE?

It stops new LIVE entries and closes positions PERP KING opened. It does not close other positions on the account.
