1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the PERP KING website at perpking.net and the PERP KING client terminal, also called the terminal (together, the "Service"), provided by the operator of perpking.net ("PERP KING", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms, the privacy policy and the risk disclosure.

2. What the Service is

PERP KING is live autonomous trading software for crypto perpetual futures. During the private beta, approved customers can connect Kraken Futures, Binance Futures, OKX Perpetuals, Bybit, Bitget Futures or KuCoin Futures, or use an optional simulated account that mirrors positions taken by the engine. A read-only key can display the account. LIVE runs only after you connect a trade key and explicitly start it.

PERP KING is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment fund, portfolio manager or investment adviser. We do not hold or receive your funds, and we are not the counterparty to your trade. Live orders, when you start them, run on the connected exchange — Kraken Futures, Binance Futures, OKX Perpetuals, Bybit, Bitget Futures or KuCoin Futures — and are sent to your own account there with your trading API. The house engine selects the symbol and direction, and size follows your equity and limits. After you confirm LIVE, individual trades are not confirmed one by one. PERP KING does not use withdrawal, deposit, or transfer endpoints and does not require those permissions. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax or legal advice or a recommendation tailored to you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access crypto derivatives and services like this one in the place where you live and from which you use the Service. You are responsible for determining and complying with the laws that apply to you. We may refuse, limit or end access where we believe use would be unlawful or inappropriate.

4. The private beta

  • The beta is free of charge. If paid features are introduced, they will be announced in advance and will not be charged without your explicit agreement.
  • Beta features can change, be limited or be withdrawn. The Service may be unavailable at times.
  • Places are limited and access is granted at our discretion.
  • Live trading starts after you connect a trade-capable key and type LIVE to start. It runs on Kraken Futures, Binance Futures, OKX Perpetuals, Bybit, Bitget Futures and KuCoin Futures. You can pause or stop at any time. Stopping closes positions PERP KING opened. Your funds remain at the exchange.

5. Your account

You sign in with one-time codes or links sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can use your PERP KING sign-in. Tell us promptly through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. You can sign out all devices from the terminal.

6. Exchange connection

A read-only key, if you connect one, is used only to display your account. A separate trade key, if you connect one, may place and cancel orders and protective stops. Live orders start on the connected exchange. Configure the key to the minimum the exchange requires: PERP KING does not use withdrawal, deposit, or transfer endpoints and does not require those permissions. OKX, Bitget and KuCoin also require the API passphrase. You remain solely responsible for your exchange account, the permissions of any key you create, and for revoking keys you no longer use.

7. Simulation

Simulated results are hypothetical. They are calculated using modeled prices and costs, omit funding, and may differ materially from what real trading would have achieved. They do not indicate future results and must not be relied on as a promise of performance.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service except through responsible disclosure as described on the security page;
  • access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the Service or other users;
  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Service's models, logic or data;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its outputs;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, logic, content and brand, is owned by PERP KING or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your own purposes during the beta.

10. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or profitable, or that simulated results reflect achievable outcomes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PERP KING is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Terminal → Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we end the beta, and we will try to give reasonable notice where appropriate.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the terminal or by email and, where required, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the Service.
