What to enable before you connect

Compare your answers with what the six integrations ask for. The checklist does not connect to an exchange and does not inspect a key.

Method

Kraken Futures, Binance Futures and Bybit ask for an API key and a secret. OKX Perpetuals, Bitget Futures and KuCoin Futures also require a passphrase. A display key needs read permission. A trade key needs trading permission. Withdrawal permission stays off. LIVE runs on Kraken Futures, Binance Futures, OKX Perpetuals, Bybit, Bitget Futures and KuCoin Futures. On Kraken, trading uses General API set to Full Access because that screen has no narrower trade-only choice, and Withdrawal API stays on No Access. PERP KING does not verify Kraken's withdrawal switch through the API.

Assumptions

  • Leaving withdrawal off is your setting at the exchange. This page cannot see it.
  • A spot API key does not run the Kraken Futures integration.
What you are connecting

Result

  • A trade or display connection needs the API key and the secret.
  • A trade key needs trading permission.

The checklist does not read a key. On Kraken Futures, PERP KING cannot verify the withdrawal switch through the API. You attest to it.
